Install fuel tank, filter and tank straps. Torque tank strap bolts to 23 Nm (250 in lbs) . Make sure pump module harness grommet is installed in body as tank is raised into position. Lower vehicle and connect pump module connector. Fill tank with fuel. Connect negative cable to auxiliary jumper terminal.

i noticed a few things so i went ahead and sorted them myself, i put a new knock sensor on and cleaned the map sensor, iv also put new spark pulgs in, new coil pack, new fuel filter, and sorted my oil out as the plonka before me who had the car had lobbed extra oil in the car without emptying the old so there was twice as much oil in the car
In the Haynes service and repair manual (Figure 16.3 on page 1A 13) it looks quite simple. You just depress the retaining clips on the fuel pipe connectors (shown as white in the picture) and detach the fuel pipes from the fuel filter. But on mine the connectors look differently. v1X40M4. My peugeot 206 diesel keeps cutting out, now it. In my opinion cut off problem occurs if engine is not getting sufficient fuel and/or air. Clean the air filter, turbo filter and fuel filter. Check the continuity of diesel flow from filter to hdi pump. If you haven't found any problem there then the possibily the hdi pump and injectors section

Then open the bleed for air and then let the pressure build internally before cranking. LP could be bad but OPS is in the circuit as well. '96 K3500 srw CC, 4bt IC.
I have a 2003 Peugeot 206 1.1l which has done ~27000 miles. It's running pretty well, on the whole and the exhaust has recently been replaced for the 1st time. On the way to work today, near the start of the journey, when I stopped in a queue of traffic the engine quietly cut out with no warning or stutter.

Peugeot 406 (1999 - 2004) - (99-04) 2.0 HDi 110 - fuel filter renewal. Hi, I went to change the fuel filter on my 406 hdi 2.0 110 and in the haynes book it says that there is a drain screw on the front of the filter housing but when I looked at mine it isn't there? There is a hole with a female thread there but no screw inside it? I'm confused.
